Boston Junk Haulers provides junk removal, junk hauling, furniture removal, appliance removal, cleanouts and related services in Boston and Greater Boston. Service availability depends on location, schedule, job size, materials, accessibility and other job-specific conditions.
03 Quotes and Estimates
Quotes may be based on photographs, descriptions, phone conversations or an on-site review. Estimates may change if the actual volume, weight, materials, labor, access conditions, disposal requirements or scope differ from what was originally described.
04 Scheduling
Requested dates and times are not guaranteed until confirmed by us. Arrival windows may be affected by traffic, weather, earlier jobs, equipment issues or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
05 Customer Responsibilities

- Identify items that must not be removed.
- Disclose unusually heavy, dangerous, regulated or restricted materials before service.
- Provide safe and reasonable access to the work area.
- Have authority to authorize removal of the property or items involved.
06 Items We May Refuse
We may refuse hazardous, illegal, unsafe, regulated, contaminated, excessively heavy or otherwise unsuitable materials, including materials that require specialized handling or disposal.
07 Property and Items Removed
By authorizing removal, you confirm that you own the items or have permission from the owner to dispose of them. Once items are loaded and removed, they may be recycled, donated, transferred or disposed of and may not be recoverable.
08 Access and Site Conditions
We may stop or decline work if the site presents unsafe conditions, blocked access, structural concerns, aggressive animals, hazardous materials or other conditions that create an unreasonable risk to our crew or equipment.
09 Damage and Pre-Existing Conditions
We take reasonable care while performing services. You agree to disclose fragile surfaces, hidden damage, weak structures, damaged floors, narrow access points or other known risks before work begins.
10 Cancellations and Rescheduling
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule service because of weather, safety concerns, staffing, equipment issues, inaccurate job information or other operational reasons.

12 Photos and Quote Submissions
If you submit photos or other information for a quote, you give us permission to review and use that material for the purpose of evaluating, scheduling and providing the requested service. We will not intentionally publish customer-submitted photos for marketing without separate permission.
